What are the monthly specials?
In our lunchroom you will find a regular menu with our regular sandwiches, yogurts, coffees and so on. Of course, we do change our regular menu occasionally, but we want to surprise you with new, varied and tasty combinations every time you visit our lunchroom. Therefore, we added the monthly specials to our menu. We have the sandwich of the month, the coffee of the month and the yogurt of the month. Continue reading to discover the current specials.
the green capri
The sandwich of the month is The Green Capri. It is the former di Capri experience, but with a completely new look. And we can already tell you: you want to try it! This delicious sandwich has the fresh bread of Bakker Luuk together with a delicious layer of pesto as a base. The sandwich is then generously topped with slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella from Orobianco, spinach, avocado, zucchini and spring onion. Finally, we add a slice of fresh bread, put it under the grill and then the enjoyment can begin. Buon appetito!
Yoghurt for Matcha Lovers
The yoghurt of the month is the Yoghurt for Matcha Lovers. This refreshing and healthy special has the daily fresh hangop from Buurvrouw Durkje as a base. On top of that follows a layer of Matcha chia yoghurt with delicious crunchy granola and a little agave syrup. Finally, the special is topped with slices of kiwi, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. That will be a wonderful spring treat!
iced dirty matcha
The coffee of the month is the Iced Dirty Matcha. This special consists of a deliciously refreshing matcha latte with a good shot of espresso, ice cubes and a hint of coconut. A deliciously fresh drink that makes a sunny day complete!
